How much are tournament fees for 2011?
U9 and U10 - $425
U11 and U12 - $450
U13 and U14 -$475
Where and when is Registration
Team Registration for ALL teams will be held at the Kolping Sports Park- 10235 Mill Road, Cincinnati, OH 45251. Registration will be held Friday, May9th, 2011 from 6:00-9:00 pm Mandatory that each team send a representative. ALL teams must register Friday night. There will be NO registration at the fields. Players and/or teams which are not compliant with registration requirements will not be able to participate.

Hotels/Travel
What hotel should I stay in?
There are four Marriott properties available for this year's tournament. Please call 866-964-7767 and mention the American Soccer Cup for reservations. All teams must use one of the assigned Marriott properties.

Registration
Are trapped 8th graders allowed?
Yes, we will allow U14 teams a maximum of 3 trapped 8th graders; however, the players must be rostered on the team and cannot be a guest player.
What will I need a check-in
1. Original State Approved Roster (plus two copies which will be retained)

2. Player Pass Cards (for each player and guest player) Passes MUST BE LAMINATED (Limit 3 guest players)

3. Coach Pass Cards (for each registered coach) Passes MUST BE LAMINATED

4. Travel Permit (if from outside of Ohio South) Please do online.

5. Guest Player Roster (if applicable) Please do online.

6. If outside Ohio South Notorized medical release forms will be required for each player.
What do I need to register a guest player?
If you have guest players, you will need their card, a medical release and an approved guest player roster.
Do I have to register my team Friday, September 9th
Yes, thank you. If a coach cannot register the team, please send a team representative or parent.
Do you require notarized medical releases?
All teams outside of Ohio South must provide notarized medical releases. Teams within Ohio South may submit their player membership form as verification.
My team is from out of town, will I need a travel permit?
Yes, all teams playing outside of Ohio South must have an approved travel permit from their state association.
